The process of plywood molding consists of many different stages, requiring a lot of factors for the best quality of plywood. Dong Do would like to briefly introduce the process of making plywood panels in the construction phase. To get more news about Medium density fibreboard , you can visit boosterplywood.com official website.
Import material
The main material used for the production of formwork plywood in Vietnam today is mainly eucalyptus, acacia, rubber. They are suitable for construction formwork due to stable quality, low expansion, less warping, weather resistant. Moreover, these plants are suitable for the natural conditions of our country, well developed, popularly planted and therefore more favorable in terms of price.
Wood processing
Drying
Although it has gone through the process of natural wood drying but there is always a certain moisture, so the drying stage is not to be missed. Drying enhances the bearing capacity, water resistance and better durability in harsh environmental conditions.
Boarding
After being thinned, the wood is dried and coated and then folded in the direction of the wood grain in each layer. In order to increase the bearing capacity, the boards are arranged vertically of the wood fibers.

Squirrels
Pressing boards consists of two stages: cold pressing and hot pressing:

– Cold pressing: After the boarding, people cool down to allow the wood to mount and shape better.

– Hot Pressing: The product embossed after the cold pressing process will be hot pressed for durability and finish to increase resistance to extreme conditions of the environment.
Finished plywood
After wood processing and relative shaping, people complete the finished product. Based on the customer's request, the factory will make sanding and cutting of plywood according to specifications.

The final step of the formwork plywood process is to coat the surface film against water, scratch and increase the life and aesthetics of the board. At the same time, the board edges are also painted with waterproof paint for better protection.
