If nothing stops us and we don spread through the buy runescape 3 gold stars, we will eventually reach a point where we saturate the Earth. Depending on the nature of future space flight and colonization, we may hit saturation regardless. If it does, the entirety of the world resources would be dedicated to sustaining humanity and whatever it eats. Plants? Not unless they serve a purpose. Animals? Too high on the thermodynamic scale and, therefore, unnecessary. All advancements only further our numbers and our ability to sustain them.

We constantly working on our caching (we use cloudflare) and very recently we turned on options to increase the amount served from CF, expecially if you not logged in. CF are also making available even more caching tools that we very interested in working with to cache things better. To be clear, when CF caches things, they served to you from a CF server which is almost certainly closer to you (in terms of ping) from a server that dedicated to just serving traffic, rather than the actual wiki webservers we use that also do page rendering and so on.

I roll with Firefox for most of my browsing needs, but still rely on IE7 for a handful of trusted sites. Surf with whatever browser makes you happy. But please, if you're still using IE6 and haven't upgraded to IE7 yet, stop fiddling around. If you're using an older version of Windows (IE7 doesn't work on anything older than XP), I would run not walk away from IE in favor of just about any other browser.

As they have before, the Washington area's TV stations plan to be in full battle mode Saturday, preempting their regular schedules to go deep into snowvertime with weather coverage. Count on: swirling satellite maps, shots of plows snaking over overpasses and cars struggling to escape the deep powder. Plus, Doug, Sue, Bob and Topper from frosty sunup to frigid sundown.

I am writing this post from my parents' home. They have lived here since the 1970s, and I have spend at least part of the holiday season between these four walls every year of my life, from my first Thanksgiving to last week's Christmas. The house has gone through a number of changes over the decades, but "home for the holidays" has always brought me to the exact same location.

This is probably a ridiculously simple question to answer, but I wanted to get the hive mind's advice first anyway. My plan is to buy an external cd/dvd drive and just write off the internal as a loss, since the guides I've found for replacing an internal optical drive indicate that it's more of a major task than I'm prepared to take on, and having it professionally replaced would cost a significant fraction of the value of the computer. Is there anything I should watch out for with this plan? Any specific drives that people recommend? I've noticed while idly browsing in stores that most all of the drives I've found say "requires Vista" or something equivalent; does this actually mean that these drives won't work with a Mac?
