FFXIV Eureka: Tips and Tricks for Beginners

This is a brand new exploration area for players that are on the lookout for fresh grindy articles to dive into FFXIV Gil, in addition to an added method to get cool-looking equipment. Nevertheless, Eureka can be a little daunting for those who are only starting to get into it, so we've put together a couple of tips that will help you out.

Don't be afraid to go in solo -- Sure, Eureka is a lot more fun using a full party in FFXIV, and it can also be more efficient for leveling up. However, in the event that you don't have a party with you, then you are still able to level pretty quickly by yourself. When solo, always kill enemies that are at your level to keep your kill chain going, and to find adequate experience.

De-leveling begins at level 11 -- After you reach level 6, should you happen to die, you'll lose a chunk of your expertise, however you won't de-level. This changes once you reach level 11. You'll need to be careful with the mobs that you're pulling, or you might lose a lot of progress. But you won't miss any expertise if you're Raised after getting KO'd in FFXIV.

Do not be concerned about the Aetherytes for now -- You'll place two other Aetherytes in your map. Nevertheless, you can't attune to them till you reach level 9, so only focus on finishing quests and leveling up till then.

Don't bother killing tagged mobs -- In Eureka, once a different participant or party has claimed an enemy, don't be worried about killing it. The experience gained will be very small, which means you are better off searching your prey.

Do search NMs, even though they've been tagged -- NMs, on the other hand, provide very excellent experience, and it is always worth your time to go fight them even if they've already been promised by another party.

NMs only spawn after the mobs are murdered -- If you're hunting NMs in Eureka, be sure that you kill the regular enemies or the big boss won't spawn. Specific mobs can be killed to spawn a specific NM.

Look for the Fairy -- Whenever you are exploring the map, look out for a Fairy that spawns occasionally to receive a buff. You may either receive a damage buff which makes you a bit more strong, or a healing buff which allows you to survive longer. This is particularly practical for solo players.

Hopefully, these suggestions will permit you to appreciate Eureka a bit more, and make some progress on farming these crystals. Make sure you search for Twinfinite to learn more on FFXIV.
