Hi everyone, to start of i am from Norway and if anyone got any ideas or tips how to solve this issue that live close to Norway i would be very happy, if you live elsewhere and still know what can be done please help out aswell :D 

Like most of us from Europe we have to play with somewhat higher ping than we are used to in this game, i have tried Pingzapper, WTFast and battleping to boost my ping, and via those programs they tell me the ping to the connected servers are around 25-35 and that is what i want to have.

But, when i check resource monitor in windows Blade-Soul sees that i have around 140-160 Ms when i play BnS EU even with these programs running.

what information is accurate ? does the windows resource monitor not change even tho we use Ping booster programs? is there any other way to know for sure if these programs work ? 

I would like to have more information about how i setup these programs correctly so i can get better ping before i invest money into any of them.
